Go Yellows! We can do this! I’ve been using Pandora Internet radio (free service of commercial free custom-built “radio”), a station based on Pink (the pop star with sassy lyrics.)

What music are you bouncing to?

Thanks for starting us off, Lady Di. OK. I put in my bounce time today. I think I will post here when I do, to help myself see progress building.

I was wondering why I couldn’t get into our Yellow Kitchen to read our comments and just figured out that we haven’t used our Kitchen board yet, so I will dive in and get us started, if we would all like that. I have to begin with some words of encouragement for me, because I did not do any rebounding Monday through Wednesday, partly from being disorganized and partly from self-consciousness. If I had been organized I would have been doing my rebounding before anyone in my family had gotten up and then I would have avoided the self-consciousness of doing my rebounding in front of my family. (Feeling like an awkward teenager about being seen doing something no one else is doing–and I am WAY out of my teen years–thought I was over all that! Guess not!) I am encouraging myself because today I have done my rebounding, some by myself and the rest in front of whoever walks in the room and I am refusing to beat myself up for missing the three days and instead I am looking ahead to the benefits I will receive by keeping going. I love that Stomp action! It really gets things stirred up in the old bod! How are the rest of you doing?

Lady Di!!! I am sooooooo proud of you!!!!! You are wonderful. That’s how we do it. Just ourselves and our body. And the rest of the world can do their own thing. How absolutely great. You just reached the top of a very difficult mountain to climb! Brava!

Way to go girl! I’m smiling for you. Keep it up.. You won’t want to stop now. Just wait to see how you feel when you bounce everyday. Come visit us in the blue kitchen. We already had a red Kitchener sneak up and in! Ha!
