Concerning the question with the ceiling height: Yes you need at least 20 inches from the highest point of your head to the ceiling when you stand ON THE GROUND. This is the absolute minimum to ensure that you can&#039;t bounce your head against the ceiling. However, I recommend to have more space. With low ceilings, you have the disadvantage of being quite limited with your arm movement when Rebounding. Best, Sylvia</description>
