This is exactly the reason I began rebounding – the diagnosis of Osteoporosis.
Bouncing is better than drugs any-day!

Have a wonderful time out in California!
Looking forward to more videos and learning in October.

      Thank you, Marcia!!

Thanks – I like the idea of stomping – always good to change up the routine!
Hope you have fun on west coast – sounds like a fabulous trip. Please keep us updated on what you do – Maybe a video with David Wolfe? I just read 3 of his books about six months ago, and I’ve been probably 80% raw foods since – I feel really good, it’s a whole new world of adventurous and creative eating. I think rebounding and eating fresh and organic food are 2 of the best things you can do for yourself.

Thank you, Tricia, for your comment. Yes, I’ll try to film David Wolfe when he bounces on his Bellicon. I have not been at the last Longevity Conference but one of the speakers told me that they had and “after party”: David Wolfe and all the key people, speakers and organizers. And David brought his Bellicon and everybody was bouncing on it haveing lots of fun. I would have loved to be with them. Best, Sylvia
