Which one is preferred? Barefoot or shoes on when rebounding on the Qibounder? Thank you.
If you don’t have a significant weakness of your ankles which made it necessary to wear shoes/sneakers to stabilize your ankles, I recommend bouncing bare foot or with socks that don’t slip. There is a whole part of benefit that you don’t get when you bounce with shoes/sneakers: The stimulation of the proprioceptors of your feet. Please click here for more explanation.
Sometimes one of my knee would snap back all the way, painfully so, and snap out just as fast, but leaving me wonder what did I do? Has anyone else experienced it?
