I've been enjoying these videos and just reviewed this last one again. At the moment have a slight shoulder problem (from the gym) and back just using my rebounder; which is so much easier on the body.

Thank you these are great!

Dear Maizey, Thanks a lot for your comment. I agree with your Reflexologist, that you should not JUMP. A rebounder is not a trampoline and it is not about jumping high at all. You can get a great workout without any kind of jumping. The focus is on bouncing DOWN into the mat - and let the mat bring you up. With the soft bouncing bungee band Rebounders from Bellicon that is a given anyways. We will bring a lot of more exercises on this show and you will have plenty to choose from. All the best and let me know, how it goes over time! I am always interested to hear from all of you. Sylvia

My Reflexologist recommended I do rebounding instead of treadmill I have been diagnosed with diabetes and have neuropathy (which he is working on thank goodness) He verbally gave me instructions saying 'don't jump' just walk

I could n't find the walking video but the one I say was ROWING and its a good start. LIKED IT IMMENSELY The demonstrator was great The announcer was easy to follow Thank you Also thank you for not SELL SELL SELL on your website (the OVERSELL on most sites drives mw AWAY from the site)

I'll go explore to see if I can find a video for me to keep fit and help the neuropathy leave me as well as the diabetes. Have to watch my money closely these days Will save some up for a DVD

Thank you Maizey
