    I found the brain and back exercise quite challenging. Took a while just to get the feet. Then I added just jumping jack arms and that was challenging. Now I’m doing it with crossed arms but still having to really concentrate. Guess my brain really needs it!

    I liked some of the moves, but some proved a bit difficult on my knees. I just don’t have as much freedom of movement as I once did. The final twisting movement made even my lower back feel better. Thanks for all the moves for joints. It helps.
