Osteoporosis & Rebounding – How to gain bone density in 6 months

www.QiBounding.com starts a new series “Rebounding and Health” to give more insights about the positive aspects of Rebounding for our health and well-being. The first subject will be Osteoporosis, a theme which concerns about 50% of all women over 50 and from year to year also an increasing percentage of men.
We will start with a very uplifting documentation of a women who had been diagnosed with severe Osteopenia and Osteoporosis and who reversed this disease within 6 months of Rebounding. Her name is Charlie Woodcock. She is the Camp Director of the Solvang Triathlon Camps in Boulder, CO.
We interviewed her in May 2011 and you find here the first of two video clips where you can hear in her own words how she turned around her disease and how she gained 10% of bone density within 6 months.


During June and July we are gathering a group of people who have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia who want to participate in a free “tele-training” via internet with Rebounding videos and with online support. Over a period of 4 weeks, you will be accompanied in your daily Rebounding by Rebounding by expert Sylvia Dreiser Farnsworth and by Charlie Woodcock.
