“Get up in the Morning” is the first video of the QiBounding series “My 3-Minute Energy Boost”. It shows a 3 minute sequence of exercises that you can do in the morning to get fit for your day. The Rebounding exercises start with a gentle Health bounce. Then we show you different stretches on the Rebounder and at the end we finish with a more dynamic Bouncing. Have FUN!

This is just great! I have had a rebounder for YEARS and it has never become part of my daily routine. I like this 3 minute workout. It is challenging and I liked the detailed explanation. Thanks for your hard work.
I also am interested on what you have on your feet and what you would suggest as footware.
Happy Rebounding!
Dear Howard, Thank you very much for your kind email. I plan to do more of this 3 minute Rebounding workouts. They can be squeezed into any tight time schedule and just makes regular Rebounding possible for those with only little time. The footware are the Akkua One Finger socks which I love for Rebounding as they keep my foot secure from any sliding and they feel great. Kind regards, Sylvia
THanks. Great informative video. What are you wearting on your feet?
Hi Eileen, Happy to hear that you like the Rebounding clip. I am wearing the anti slip Akkua One Finger Socks. They are great. They prevent me from slipping and hold the foot in a nice way. Kind regards, Sylvia
This is a great way to say HELLO to your body when you wake up… and also… great to see YOU… Thanks!!!
