This video was inspired by a lot of you who asked me what they can do during the day when they are in their offices , not having a rebounder at hand. I created two exercise routines: One which you can do while sitting at your office desk, and the other at a place where you have a bit more privacy.

These exercises are meant as inspiration of what you can do during your workday in order to stay in movement. This episode is a logical continuation of the theme “Movement”  based on the videos:
