Dear Emma,

I am going to read and re-read your post. I was so excited to read it. I have a rebounder, but only jump 10 minutes. I feel a bit more firm, but no weightloss yet. I am an apple shape, and I am desperate to get a flat tummy. Did you have much of a pooch to lose? I am going to jump as long as you did for better results.

Thank u for posting.

I took an Anthony Robbins workshop last year (I walked on a bed of hot coals in my bare feet, with a migraine, along with about 3,000 other people who did it without the migraine) and part of his 10 day health challenge included a half hour of rebounding every day for the lymph system. Since then, I've been rebounding every day instead of cross training because I can exercise my bones, lymph, and heart simultaneously. Thanks for your show! L.A.

Dear Jane,
My guess is that Rebounding initiates a strong DETOX in your body.
If you DETOX, two things are important:
1.	Dosage: Only little of the exercise – perhaps even less than you did.
2.	The toxins that are freed in you body by the Rebounding exercise need to LEAVE your body.
So drink a lot of good water. Do the kidney exercise which I showed n the Episode about “Warming up exercises”. You may even see a specialist for detox.
To be completely sure, I recommend also that you see your doctor and ask his opinion. I am not a doctor and I cannot give medical advice.
I wish you well and please let me know how it goes. Best, Sylvia

Hi All - and Sylvia,

Well - I got my rebounder about a month ago. I'm in my 60's - good health - average weight, etc. HOWEVER, I find I am exhausted when I bounce on that thing 2-3 a couple times a day. Is that normal? I'm hoping it just takes time to adjust to. But I have to say, for an exercise that looks so innocuous, it's surprisingly tiring. Not hard, mind you.

If so - would someone give me a little start-up routine for the next 3-4 weeks so I can acclimate myself to it. When I read about folks bouncing for 20 min. straight, I can hardly believe it.

But - I have to say - I DO love doing it. Thanks ... jane

Rebounding has opened a whole new world for me as I am aging. I have more energy and feel my lymphatic system is improving. (as I have a problem with swelling) It's better than any prescription!! I know I need to increas the time, as I only spend time in am or pm..about 30 minutes every other day. I will make it a goal to rebound daily. am and pm

Thanks so much for your expertise. Loved your article today!! makes all the sense in the world!!
