Happy Hips Rebounding

Happy Hips Rebounding

Strengthen, smoothen, tone your hips with these potent Rebounding exercises

Strong, healthy hips are very important for our well being and for being able to move well. In today’s Rebounding TV show, we introduce you to great exercises that help you drop the tension in your hips and to strengthen the muscles that support the hips.

—–

Preparation: Alignment and Health Bounce

In the first exercise we guide you in getting aligned, focusing on your breath, feeling your body

—–

Rebounding Exercise “Hip – Figure Eight”

In this first HIP exercise you will relax your lower body and drop the tension in the hips.

—–

Rebounding Exercise “Twist”

In this slow version of the Rebounding Twist we again relax and loosen up the area of the hip joints

—–

Rebounding Exercise “Drawing a spiral”

This is a potent exercise to strengthen the muscles of your hip area. At the same time your hip is protected by the mat on which it is laying which is a great advantage in comparison to hip exercises where you stand and need to balance at the same time. The “Drawing a spiral” exercise allows you build up the muscles in the hip region easily and safely.

This was pretty easy to do and I enjoy learning new ideas to do on my rebounder. Thank you, Wendy

I am having so much fun with the videos.. I take it at my own pace and have learned so many new ways of receiving value from my Rebounder….
When are you going to put it on a DVD for distribution. Please put me on the list. Love Gailie

Hi dear Gail, At the moment we have the DVD to watch in your computer. I have one for the first 12 episodes. As soon as we have the 24th episode, there will be a second one. I have to look into a project to make a DVD that you can play on a Video player. I will let you know in the newsletter when this one will be available. Best,Sylvia

    Hi Sylvia,

Thanks so much for showing us some useful hip exercises…The one that had the most impact and felt like I was really having a good work out, was the “drawing a spiral”…After I do some rebounding, I like to just lay on the rebounder with my feet on the floor and just relax for a few minutes..Feels so good..Actually I also like to lay on the rebounder during the day for a quick minute instead of the couch… Thanks again for another exercise.

much for showing us some hip exercises…the exercise called the
“drawing a spiral” was the most

    Hi Sylvia,

Keeping flexible is so important. The spiral eight exercises are similar to some pilates floor exercises that I have done -thanks for these – even more creative rebounder uses!
