Raising my vibrations. it is amazing how i feel after doing 40 min on the rebounder.
Also it helped me with my sleeping habits. Believe it or not i reduced my sleeping hours from 10 to only 5 a day.
I am a big fan of rebounding. unfortunately i couldn’t afford a belican . Got an urban rebounder .

Welcome to our Rebounder Forum and thank you so much for sharing your Rebounding experience with us! I am very happy that you have these great results. I consider the Urban Rebounder also a quality Rebounder and not everybody needs the more gentle bounce of a Bellicon Rebounders, at least the younger of us can also use quality spring based Rebounders. That you could reduce your sleeping hours so tremendously is really amazing! Happy to hear from you again, down the road! Sylvia

Rebounding just gets my day started in a very positive way. I feel great and energized for the rest of the day. It’s also been the only form of exercise that I love enough to do 4-5 times a week. The other 2-3 days I walk with family and friends. The best part of rebounding is that I can watch my favorite TV shows, get that 15 minutes of sun for Vitamin D, catch up on my phone message, listen to music, or talk on the phone with friends. I also love how it is toning up my body. Since I started rebounding seriously in September of ’09 (an hour a day), I have lost 9 pounds.

The greatest benefit is how my mood lifts almost instantly. I feel happier & energized even after a long day at work.
Even a few minutes a day can make all the difference.

One of my inner ears has too much pressure, which has caused major hearing problems. At a friend’s suggestion I purchased a rebounder to improve circulation in my lymphatic system. My hearing has improved and stabilized since I started using the rebounder. (The condition I have causes fluctuating hearing loss.) My ENT can’t say for sure if the rebounder caused this improvement but did suggest that I keep doing what I’ve been doing. I definitely plan to follow this advice. Using the rebounder also makes me feel energized.

The greatest benefit I get from rebounding is the ability to shift my mindset quickly through bouncing. I have the rebounder in my home office and whenever my assistant or I feel stuck or frustrated with a work process or something silly like slow internet, we simply bounce for a few minutes and feel totally refreshed.
