The greatest benefit I get from rebounding is the ability to shift my mindset quickly through bouncing. I have the rebounder in my home office and whenever my assistant or I feel stuck or frustrated with a work process or something silly like slow internet, we simply bounce for a few minutes and feel totally refreshed.
One of my inner ears has too much pressure, which has caused major hearing problems. At a friend’s suggestion I purchased a rebounder to improve circulation in my lymphatic system. My hearing has improved and stabilized since I started using the rebounder. (The condition I have causes fluctuating hearing loss.) My ENT can’t say for sure if the rebounder caused this improvement but did suggest that I keep doing what I’ve been doing. I definitely plan to follow this advice. Using the rebounder also makes me feel energized.
Awesome, Pete. Thanks so much for sharing this!!!
The greatest benefit is how my mood lifts almost instantly. I feel happier & energized even after a long day at work.
Even a few minutes a day can make all the difference.
Rebounding just gets my day started in a very positive way. I feel great and energized for the rest of the day. It’s also been the only form of exercise that I love enough to do 4-5 times a week. The other 2-3 days I walk with family and friends. The best part of rebounding is that I can watch my favorite TV shows, get that 15 minutes of sun for Vitamin D, catch up on my phone message, listen to music, or talk on the phone with friends. I also love how it is toning up my body. Since I started rebounding seriously in September of ‘09 (an hour a day), I have lost 9 pounds.
Thank you very much, Carrie, for sharing your experience in Rebounding with us. And congratulation for your great weight loss!! Happy bouncing, Sylvia
