Fibromyalgia – a question for you

This is a question for those of you who have experience with Fibromyalgia.

I know that some of you have Fibromyalgia and that Rebounding on a Bellicon Rebounder   has helped you. I have a client who suffers from  Fibromyalgia from the neck to the feet on both sides. She can hardly walk and even leaning over or stretching is hurting her. Swimming is hurting her neck. Can you tell me which kind of exercise has worked for YOU?

What is your experience? Thank you for your input.

Fibromyalgiais a big ISSUE and concerns mostly women.
First of all tell her to ditch all the “how to” self-help books which tell how to cope for the rest of her life with this condition.
Usually there’s an underlying infection – undetected & untreated of course – which degenerates to some kind of chronic disease, like Fibromyalgia. Infections from EBV, Brucella, Lyme, Borrelia, etc .
There are 18 trigger points and at least 10 must be present for the official diagnosis.
Fibromyalgia is actually a soft tissue rheumatism.
Naturopathia sees it as a “local energy crisis” of the muscles, especially in the trigger points.
The main supplements are magnesium and malic acid.
The main physical therapies are lymphatic drainage and that is where Rebounding can help. your speciality).
EFT is good “to cope with the issue ” but not a treatment.

The diet is very important – no junk food, fresh produce, clean water etc. I suppose you already know this !
Of course if you clean the underlying viral infection, everything will be better.
And a good detox of course. The detox must take into consideration the patient’s physical & mental condition – if she’s up to the task?
Treating only with supplements is like putting make up on a dirty face.
Have you there a Bicom/Quantum/Ondamed etc. therapist to clean the infection? Even a zapper is good.
Medicinal plants: Ruta graveolens is used sometimes, if it’s appropriate. There’re more.
Mostly the neurasthenic type get Fibromyalgia (not the hysteric type). You have to improve the anabolic processes in the organism.
There’s a good anthroposophic homeopathy remedy like Prunus spinosa D6 – if it’s fit.
I suggest your friend to find an anthroposophic homeopath/naturopath. It’s very important to get to the root of the diesease and find the appropriate remedies. There’re plenty of wonderful remedies (Weleda, WALA, Heel) – but you must see the patient in order to make a good diagnosis and find the remedies.Deseret has lots of remedies (for the underlying infection), but first your friend needs a correct diagnosis.
Without detox there’s no chance for getting better. Don’t rush it, detox is a serious matter, give it the utmost consideration.

Wishing good health and happiness to You & Your Friend,

Please have your friend consider a diet of ALL organic fresh raw vegetables particularly green juice made from fresh sprouts and dark leafy greens without any fructose to eliminate all inflammation and deeply nourish and cleanse all the cells to give them a chance to heal. I have heard people tell me they have healed themselves with this and I witnessed amazing miracles watching others at raw chef school from people eating this way. She can google the raw diet for more education on how to do it with a lot of flavors and variety.
Very important to eliminate all gluten, and any hidden food allergies and any packaged foods immediately. Can also check out Dr. Mark Hyman for more information on the web about this, he is not all raw but talks about how to eliminate toxins and get good nutrients in with diet.
With the toxins eliminated and healthy new cells she will be bouncing back to health!
