Fantastic!! So informative. Now I’m going to check out my feet’s positioning. I don’t think I am pronating but now I know what to observe. Thank you so much Sylvia for teaching us how to rebound right. I am so grateful for these webisodes. You are such a treasure!
@Faye Keller: Thank you Faye. I love doing these videos as I know there are people like you watching them!! Sylvia
Excellent explanation of this pronating business. Nice camera and Erika looked just perfect. However, the ‘two section’ video might not be the ideal solution. At the end of section one the viewer is somewhere lost because there is no direct access to section two (at least I could not find it), consequently I had to go back to the beginning.
HOW TO FIND PART 2 AFTER HAVING WATCHED PART 1
@Ekkehard: Dear Ekkehard, Thank you very much for your comment.
Concerning the splitting up of the video: It helps with the streaming. I found out that the longer videos are often interrupted because of the missing capacity of the network speed. To find the second part, you can just go on http://www.Rebounding.TV and click on the video next to part 1. Both videos, part 1 and part 2, have the same image for making it easy to see that they belong together. So for this week it was me sitting there and holding up the letter “F”. Happy Bouncing! Sylvia
very helpful. would love to see how jogging is done correctly.
@Vanessa: Dear Vanessa, Thank you for your comment. We spoke about “Jogging and Rebounding” last week and you find a video for that. We will however pick up this theme again and go into more detail about Jogging and Rebounding.
Hi Sylvia! Still setting up lifesavoring.com, but I wanted to write and comment on rebounding.tv – it’s excellent! The shorter time spans (3 minutes or so) per segment are very appropriate for our fast-paced, give it to me right now lifestyle, and the advice on how to avoid pronating was very useful.
I’m proud to be associated with you as an affiliate, and will let you know when lifesavoring.com is up and operating.
Best,
Kathleen
Good tips for me to check on. Thanks – great instruction.
Very nice, Sylvia. Happy to see you were able to incorporate all the information in two video’s. I enjoy our get-together’s. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to enlighten your conscious rebounding community of which I am a part! YAY!
Anne
@Anne: You are so very welcome, Anne. It is really a fun thing for me to do those videos and it’s the first time that I really feel, I have a solution to teach everybody who cannot come and see me in person.
While I remain sidelined for another few weeks from my rebounder due to surgery last year, I am grateful to be able to learn more about rebounding while I recover. I am sure that when I return to rebounding, I will be better informed about what I am doing because of Sylvia’s instruction.
very helpful today. thank you again sylvia!
Thanks for learning episode #2. Happy rebounding!

Hi Sylvia,
I find the Rebounding.tv to be the “cat’s meow”! They are per-r-rfect for those of us w/o a rebounder trainer.
I bought my Rebounder last month and find these instructional videos very helpful. I am eager to view future. episodes.
Boing-boing!
Paul
@Paul: Hi Paul, So nice to hear from you again. Thanks for your kind comment. I am very happy to be able to provide this service. I love teaching and finally I have found a possibility to reach a lot of people at the same time. Thanks for joining us!
Dear Sylvia,
We are enjoying your rebounding TV and like the lessons in 2 short parts. We are enjoying our rebounder and have invited visitors to bounce and everyone loves it! We had a 5 year old here the other day and then a 70 year old, both could not contain their joy and laughter when bouncing!
Blessings,
S Gail
@ S. Gail: Hello dear! I am so happy to hear back from you. And great to learn that as well a 5 year young and a 70 year old (and all those in between) had great bouncing fun on your Bellicon! Looking forward to hear from you again. And let me know, if you have any question! Sylvia
Sylvia – Thank you for the TV show. I really enjoyed it. It was very informative. I love my rebounder. Thank you again for a this great product. Take care, Cheryl
@Cheryl: You are very welcome Cheryl. Happy to have you watching the show. Keep tuned!!! Sylvia
Thanks again Sylvia! Always love to learn so that I do not form any bad habits since I am still fairly new to rebounding. Every business person should be as concerned about her clients as you are. People like you make the world a better place! Thank you for sharing your knowledge, joy and beauty to us all!
@Janet: Dear Janet, Thanks so much for your very kind comment. I am happy that I can offer a service to assist people in their effort to achieve a high quality of life and health.
