I want to start working out on my rebounder. I saw somewhere about a concern re prolapsed organs if care is not taken to start off slowly. Can you elaborate on this or connect me to one of your videos that will show me what to do? thanks.

After watching the video on proper form for rebounding and foot information, I have been aware of my right foot. I have a slight pronation. With being aware and trying to walk more correctly, it seems my problem has improved. When it start to hurt a little, I adjust my position and it seems to help. Hopefully that is a big part of the answer. In the beginning video it says to start at 2 min. 3 times per day. Do you think I should do it 3 times or less.

      Dear Jeanne,
You can already do it 3 times for 2 minutes. After each session, slowly descend the rebounder, stand on the floor.
You might close your eyes and feel in your body . How does your body feel? Is she fine with what you did? Does she want to do more or was it too much for her.
With the answer you get, you can adjust your exercise. If you feel, it was too much, reduce it. If you feel your body wants to do more, add one minute per session.

      Kind regards,
