Weight Loss
There is no doubt about it but by religiously jumping on the QiBounder you will keep the weight off or if need be lose weight. You can run in place or use small hand weights while bouncing or jump vigorously from side to side like you are skiing or front and back and over time the weight will be gone or you maintain your weight/fitness.

The best part is that you can do this in the privacy of your home and don't need to run in crummy weather or pound your joints. QiBounder along with pushups, squats and a few other body weight exercises will keep you in prime condition and help fight off any health issues.

QiBounding increases Endurance
One thing I 've really noticed about the QiBounder is that it greatly increases your endurance. During the winter months I just use the QiBounder (I don't belong to a club) and do some body weight exercises but no running of any kind and yet when I compete in pickleball tournaments I have enough endurance to play 6 to 8 hours of pickleball against the best players in the country.

It is a very comforting feeling to know that I don't have to run and pound my joints into the ground or have to join a club to spend endless hours on cardio machines when I can simply jump on my QiBounder and still have the endurance to outlast most everyone.

I am a certified rebounding trainer, I have been teaching classes for 3 years now. I also have epilepsy. A cheap trampoline does not help me control it, but since I changed to soft bouncing rebounder I have no seizures. In my studies a rebounder can transport the nutrients from the lymph system to all the cells more rapidly than a trampoline because it does not close the valves in the system because of the soft mat. As soon as you compare the difference your body feels and experiences the difference.

QiBounding gives me so much energy that I can do Pilates again. And Yoga. And Dancing!!!

Wow! I didn't realize that it's been so long since I posted. Well, don't assume that means I stopped, because I didn't. In fact, I've been doing more. More QiBounding. More exercise. More more. My energy increased from the start, but after about it month, I just didn't want to sit.

I QiBound for a couple of minutes before work, then again after work. I wear a pedometer daily and try to meet the suggested 10,000 steps a day. Even though I thought I walked a lot at work, I rarely break 6,000 steps. I make sure to get the other 4,000 within the first hour I'm home -- by QiBounding.

Once I hit the 10,000 steps a day for a week or so, I added Pilates - simply because I had the energy to do Pilates again. (It had been about 3 years since I did Pilates on a regular basis, now I've done it for over 3 weeks, and I'm lovin' it.

Not only have I added Pilates to my "use this extra energy" schedule, but I've also added dancing, which also equates to more steps, stretching, and some yoga. Even though I've added other exercises, I still QiBound daily. After all, QiBounding is what gives me the energy to do the rest of it. Besides, it's just so much fun.
