    Thank you so much for rebounding.tv; it is helping me to become more fit. I love the information and the instruction! As a beginner, I find all segments equally beneficial. While I don’t “naturally” enjoy exercise, I really love rebounding and think I can stick with it. Please, keep up the great work!

    Hi, just to let everyone know I was able to make a fairly good representation of the Aktiva ball that Sylvia demonstrated by using one of those “poky” plastic balls you put in the drier instead of fabric softener sheets and gluing the little hole shut so the ball doesn’t collapse when you step on it…
