    Hey,
    Great episode….coincidentally, I usually do all kinds of arm movements when I’m rebounding…One thing I do a lot is just rebounding while holding my arms straight up over my head…it just feels good, thanks for giving me even more ideas.

    Dear Sylvia,
    Great exercises for the upper arms!
    I call the triceps the “bye-bye muscle” – because when someone with flabby triceps waves good-bye, the muscles too make independent bye-bye movements…
