    Hi Sylvia,

Enjoy watching your “tv” show. All information is appreciated. I ordered an atheletic rebounder from you – mostly because I hoped my husband would use it. However, I love it! I use it everyday. I weigh 115, so I was initially afraid it would be a hard bounce…but, I think it’s a very enjoyable “firm” bounce. It has helped my back tremendously. Thanks,

    Tricia

    • @Tricia: Thank you Tricia for your comment. I am very happy that the Athletic Rebounder is working out for you. It’s a great rebounder. I just find it very stiff compared to the bungee rebounders. I am more used to the soft bounce. One of my customers called it “bouncing on marshmallows”. Happy to see you watching our TV show. Stay tuned. We’ll come up with many more great exercises! Sylvia

Another great episode, Sylvia! I am glad that I am getting these lessons ahead of receiving my rebounder so that I start off right. I think it is a great addition when you add an exercise or two as well and explaining their benefits, as you did this week. Can you also recommend any rebounding work out dvds?

    Thanks,

    Tiffany

Hi Sylvia. I’m really enjoying your “classes” and finding them very helpful and informative. I laughed out loud while watching you share your trip to the Olympics! Keep having fun and thanks for the continued education.

    Warmly, Gayle

I am so impressed with these videos. I learn something vital in each one. I really appreciate the guidance, as a new rebounder with no possibility of couching from a knowledgeable rebounder (we live in the sticks!). Thanks so much.

    Sylvia,
I have enjoyed watching the lessons! I have rebounded for years but just recently received my Belicon. I find your instruction to be very helpful and it will ensure I receive the most from my new rebounder! I especially appreciate the information about alternating up to the toe when rebounding left to right. You are an excellent instructor and should market your own rebounding work out DVD!

Looking forward to next week’s lesson!

    Hi Sylvia,

I’ve been rebounding on a Bellicon for about 6 weeks. I am overweight and was worried that my knees and back would be hurt but not at all.

When I started I could do about 5 minutes and now I’m up to 20 minutes and feel great. I am really careful to make sure I’m aligned correctly as I’m sure that is the reason my knees are not hurting. Plus I have suffered from Plantar Fascitis so I need to be careful of that too.

Thanks for the videos they are really informative and I love the imagery of my head floating like a balloon.

    • @Pamela: That’s so great to hear that your worries are gone and that when applying the teachings of our Rebounding TV show, you experience no problems with your knees while Rebounding on your Bellicon. I wish you happy continuous bouncing and stay with us on the show!

  • Hi Sylvia,

Thank you for starting this class. I was not sure about how to go about rebounding and I really appreciate the instruction and guidance. I am now working on all the new instructions. I searched for workout videos to help me after I bought the rebounder, but I never found anything like this. And I love my Belicon.

    Colleen

    • @Colleen: Happy to hear you love your Bellicon and that you are integrating the instructions in your daily routine and workout. Have fun and stay tuned.:-)

  • Kay

I am loving your videos Sylvia, you are doing a wonderful job and I am learning so much! Thank you!!

  • Kim

Hi Sylvia, I am enjoying your videos each week and am looking forward to learning new exercises! However,I do have a question regading the bungee bands. I ordered the extra strong bands so that my husband could use the rebounder, and I am getting a great workout with the extra strong bands, however I was wondering how much of a difference would I feel with the bungee bands recommended for my weight range. I have been using it everyday, but my husband hasnt’ been using it, so I was curious if I would get a better workout with another set of bands. I am really looking to tone and firm my legs. Thank you so much!
    Kim

    • @Kim: Hello Kim and thank you for your question: Yes, your idea is correct: You get a higher workout effect if you use the bungee bands that are for your weight category. Now what you could do for instance is, to buy a set of strong bungee bands and alternate between strong and extra strong, that means exchange each other extra strong bungee band by a strong one. This gives you another set of mixed bungee bands for later and the bounce would be softer.
Of course, to get the softest possible bounce for you, would need to completely replace the extra strong bungee bands by strong ones.
Happy continuous bouncing and thanks for watching our show! Sylvia
