@Eva: Hi Eva, Thank you for your comment and question. In general, I am not recommending to do just one exercise over a long period of time. When we do exercises in a Rebounding class, we work about 3 minutes on one exercise. That's often the length of a song. And then we do another exercise - preferably for other muscle groups. Like this we work through the whole body. In this web TV show, I will introduce you to a lot of those exercises. I know that some of you want to see quicker steps and more exercises. They will come. For the moment, we prepare the foundation. That's why I emphasis so much on the Alignment etc. We need a safe basis in order to be able to do all the other exercises later in a safe environment.
So coming back to your question: A great workout is a workout over 20 minutes. If you can do longer, that's fine. Some of my friends bounce 45 minutes daily.
Best, Sylvia

Thank you Sylvia. I like the scissor exercise.

How many sets (12 up and 12 down) do you recommend for a good workout in order to see some cardio/balanced hemisphere results and for improved arm tone?

Hi Sylvia,

I know that I will incorporate the "Downhill Rebouding" in my exercise routine - LOL! I reserved most of my comments for after episode 2. Thanks!
